Our Story
Tom started our Muskoka based excavation business as the sole owner/operator in 2004 providing services to a wide range of clients, both local and seasonal as well as larger construction companies. We expanded our operations to include landscaping in 2018 and welcomed our son and his expertise to our family business. In 2021 our daughter also joined our team contributing to our business with her flare for modern communications. It is our pleasure to continue offering excavation and landscape services to our valued clients throughout the district of Muskoka and beyond.

Tom is the founder is T Rex Inc. He is hard working, an extremely talented operator and the most knowledgable person with all things construction. His experience and work ethic gives us inspiration day in and day out. We are so proud to have Tom apart of our team.
Brodie Rogers
Landscaping
Brodie is our exceptional Project Coordinator for landscape and excavation projects. His remarkable talent and visionary approach allow him to foresee stunning landscape transformations from the earliest stages. Brodie takes immense pride in his workmanship and ensures his team is well-supported, consistently delivering excellent landscapes.
Emma Rogers
Softscape Coordinator
Emma is our talented Softscape Coordinator, known for her creative eye and artistic touch. Her visionary designs blend seamlessly with Brodie's flair, resulting in beautiful landscape transformations. Emma ensures her crew is happy and well taken care of, enabling them to deliver top-notch service to each customer.
Lee Ann Rogers
Management and Softscape
Lee Ann is a woman of many many hats. Managing inquiries, booking client meetings, payroll, invoicing and being an overall first point of contact to all of our clients. Lee Ann is our ultimate secret weapon and the glue that keeps this team together.
